APC Policy

To maintain open access and support editorial infrastructure, World Quarterly charges a nominal APC:

• Indian Authors: ₹2,000 (INR)

• International Authors: $50 (USD)

Includes: Peer-review processing, DOI registration, typesetting, online hosting, and long-term archiving.

Waiver Policy:
Partial/full waivers available for students and authors from low-income countries. Requests must be submitted during manuscript submission.

No fees are charged for submission or review.
